Hi, my name is Kev and I have lived with my wife Viv at Baldwin Living Northside for the past nine years.

We enjoy the easy going lifestyle and friendly atmosphere as well as all the amenities be it the gym, indoor pool, spa or relaxing in the community centre reading or having a coffee or spending time on the computers supplied by the company.

The staff are more than helpful in every way which makes life a lot easier.

This year is the beginning of my seventh year living in my unit at Baldwin Living Northside. My experience has been all positive for the following reasons:

– Feeling very safe and secure
– A good sense of “community” with many and varied activities and social situations offered.
– Lovely community Centre, with a computer bank, library, tea/coffee facilities, pool etc.
– Maintenance and any other issues taken care of by very accessible staff.
– Have made many new friends within the community.
– Love my unit which is compact and perfect for my needs.
– proximity to many shopping centres and a very efficient bus service.

Management, caring staff, & emergency INS telephone system means I am living in comfort. Great shopping bus for residents twice a week. Large range of healthy activities and I have been enjoying new friendships.

I love living at Baldwin Living Northside because: it is a wonderful community with many activities to take part in if you want (not compulsory). We are close to shops & have a mini bus to take you shopping if you don’t drive. It is a small retirement living & feels more inclusive, not like some of the really big ones. We have wonderful staff and are always there to help. The complex is always kept neat & tidy as we have cleaners and gardeners in every week.

I have been made very welcome at Baldwin Living Northside, having moved from Hobart to here in early 2019. Plenty of activities to keep you active and alert. The village is a good size, not lots of units and not a lot of climbing up hill. As I am an amputee, this suits me fine. Great management and maintenance staff to make your life easy. We have some good bus trips every month. Everything you need is nearby, Doctors, shopping and transport if needed. Great place.

I like Baldwin Living Northside, because I get an amazing response from any query or request for help from staff. Great location for public transport. Good selection of entertainment and activities. General cleanliness of property is high and a great all over atmosphere.
